Our Mission
Here at Shri Sahayataa, we are driven by a single goal; to provide all the underprivileged families living in slums and villages with basic healthcare facilities. We believe that affordable healthcare is a fundamental right of all citizens and its our mission to provide good quality healthcare to all.
Our Story
Shri Sahayataa was started by our founder Rohan Chadha. He is currently in his 3rd year at the University of Toronto, Canada. At a young age of 14, he realised that the healthcare was one of the biggest challenges for the poor population since the lower class Indians had to make a choice between food and healthcare. He wanted to help the poor and started Shri Sahayataa in pursuit of the goal to make a small difference to the lives of these people. Since 2015, Shri Sahayataa has worked with over 1800 villagers and has raised awareness about the problem of improper healthcare in a number of schools.
Our Programs
Shri Sahayataa's worked with over three villages in Gurgaon, India namely Village Ghata, Village Sukrali, and Village Wazirabad. We have provided 1800+ villagers with healthcare facilities and have educated them about importance of health and hygiene.
PRIMARY HEALTHCARE KITS
Shri Sahayataa has specially designed Primary Healthcare Kits for the villagers to use. These kits have been created for the villagers according to their needs; these kits have also ben accredited by a number of professional doctors.
EDUCATING VILLAGERS
At Shri Sahayataa, we make the underprivileged capable of improving their own standard of life. We not only provide them with healthcare services but also help them develop as individuals. Through workshops, we train them to become self aware and teach them basics of health, hygiene, and first-aid.
